Annual general meeting

Annual General Meeting held in the C6 SAFE GROUP LIMITED’ offices. Separate and Consolidated Financial Statements, the corresponding Independent Auditors’ Reports and the Directors’ Report for the year ended 31 December 2018 considered and approved. The Board of Directors re-elected, the Directors’ remuneration reconsidered. EY Cyprus Limited kept as the independent auditor for the year to end 31 December 2020.

FY2020 business plans review

C6 SAFE GROUP LIMITED completed review and discussion (via video calls) of FY2020 business plans presented by subsidiaries being under C6 SAFE GROUP LIMITED’ management. Business plans are approved. All subsequent material modifications and changes to approved business plans are subject to review and additional approval by C6 SAFE GROUP LIMITED. Preliminary dates for quarterly / semi-annually reviews on the progress are appointed.
