Honesty & Integrity are our core fundamentals. These are primary guidelines for the establishment and further excellence of our relations with each other and partners as well as the cornerstones of our reputation which is the key to the effective development and growth of C6 Group.

We have put our standards and principles in writing and developed C6 Group Code of Corporate Ethics and Business Conduct and C6 Group Anti-Bribery Code. Here we have set out how we run our business, how we behave in straightforward or challenging situations and what we think is right or unacceptable.

These fundamentals were derived as a detailed interpretation of our MISSION, VISION and VALUES. We realise that our development in the future depends on how well we understand and follow the values:

All employees of our businesses and partner should follow these principles and the Codes. Some businesses have local principles which are coherent to corporate ones and reflect local business specifics and regulation requirements.

We do not compromise the efficiency of our operations with any risks to human safety. Historically, safety incidents on C6 Group assets are close to zero. We provide extra social insurance to our employees, invest in development and operations of medical units and health & sport centres within our production assets.

Our shareholders are intolerant to any signs of non-ethical behaviour and shareholders provide the tone from the top. We developed the C6 Group Code of Corporate Ethics and Business Conduct that was localized and interpreted to each business asset’ specifics and us proud of meeting the highest international standards of business ethics.

We are committed to the efficient use of assets to maintain company profitability over time. Both ecological systems and social capital are inevitable components of our business model. We positively impact the costs of processes, services, and products throughout the full lifecycle and promote cost structures that reduce risk and premium for new technologies.

We are transparent to all our stakeholders and accountable to society.  Management of C6 SAFE GROUP LIMITED maintains trusty and partnership relations with C6 Group assets’ employees, investors, clients & suppliers and for this purpose we periodically prepare Quarterly Performance Reports in which management discusses performance results of the business, its financial position, operational plans, economic conditions and outlook, business and operational risks, current programs and initiatives related to human capital and social initiatives. On annual base, we prepare Annual Report that all together with Consolidated Financial Statements is discussed and approved at the Annual General Meetings of shareholders.
