C6 SAFE GROUP LIMITED completed review and discussion (via video calls) of FY2019 business plans presented by subsidiaries being under C6 SAFE GROUP LIMITED’ management. Business plans are approved. All subsequent material modifications and changes to approved business plans are subject to review and additional approval by C6 SAFE GROUP LIMITED. Preliminary dates for quarterly / semi-annually reviews on the progress through FY2019 are appointed.
